The people at Zepeda are AMAZING. Their prices are more than fair and they work quickly. I had an instance where Chicago towing ripped off my side view mirror and I called Zepeda for a quote because I had come to them for brake service before.I called again the next day to ask when I could bring it in. David told me to bring my car in the next morning, ASAP. When I dropped it off, he told me I could pick it up THAT EVENING because they had already ordered the part they needed for me –THE quickest turnaround I have ever had for a car repair.I believe it is David who usually answers the phones. He is always very kind and helpful. He communicates quickly and ensures that you know exactly what is happening with your car. I always feel like my car is being repaired with care when I bring it to Zepeda, as if they are taking care of their own personal vehicle. I cannot recommend Zepeda enough.

These guys misdiagnosed my car had misfire issues on my vehicle and was told it needed a tune up I drove off after them changing all my ignition coils and spark plugs 900$ to still have the same issue. I take it to the dealer to find out the engine is bad and I had low compression. That 900$ could of went into my new engine
