This is a great auto shop. The prices are good and they dont try to upsell you on costly and unnecessary repairs like my toyota dealer always does. Honesty is refreshing and I feel it at Zepeda. I will be using them exclusively from now on.

Took my car in due to brakes issue. They took my car immediately, and it was ready to go in just a few hours. David, at the front desk, was very helpful and even followed up with me a few days later to ensure satisfaction with the work. Also, the price was more affordable than all other quotes I received. Absolutely will be back when needed!

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They’re honest about critical items that need to be fixed and what only needs to be monitored for the time being. Taken my car and my husband’s car there a couple of times and received great service every time at fair prices. This is our go-to repair shop in Logan Square/Humboldt Park.

My daughter drove into the city to visit for a few days and her car had some issues when she arrived. I worked with David and he got her car in the next day to diagnose the problem. They even provided a detailed report of other items that need addressed. They were able to fix the safety issues in a day and get her car back to her in time for her drive home. The people at Zepeda are AMAZING. Their prices are more than fair and they work quickly. I had an instance where Chicago towing ripped off my side view mirror and I called Zepeda for a quote because I had come to them for brake service before.I called again the next day to ask when I could bring it in. David told me to bring my car in the next morning, ASAP. When I dropped it off, he told me I could pick it up THAT EVENING because they had already ordered the part they needed for me –THE quickest turnaround I have ever had for a car repair.I believe it is David who usually answers the phones. He is always very kind and helpful. He communicates quickly and ensures that you know exactly what is happening with your car. I always feel like my car is being repaired with care when I bring it to Zepeda, as if they are taking care of their own personal vehicle. I cannot recommend Zepeda enough.

These guys misdiagnosed my car had misfire issues on my vehicle and was told it needed a tune up I drove off after them changing all my ignition coils and spark plugs 900$ to still have the same issue. I take it to the dealer to find out the engine is bad and I had low compression. That 900$ could of went into my new engine

I came here because I knew I needed spark plugs and coils. Truck was running rough and I did some research as well. I called and made an appointment and then dropped it off as I was instructed . I received a phone call from the manager who said they would be happy to take a look but that it would cost $189 to proceed. I said okay, then they gave me an estimate for $2,200 and even said I needed an oil change when my truck was 1,500 miles away from needing one. And also wanting to investigate my oil light which means nothing and does not Indictate any mechanical issue which they should know. Basically I took my business elsewhere but not after paying $200 for them to tell me what I knew and a few things I never even asked them to do. I won’t be back. I paid $300 to have it fixed elsewhere. Go somewhere where they aren’t trying to hose you for every nickel and dime.
